Customer Waiver

1. Assumption of Risk.

I understand that participating in Reformer Pilates classes at Club Reformer involves physical activity that may carry a risk of injury. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily engaging in these activities, and I assume all risks related to my participation. This includes any injury that may result from the use of equipment, facilities, or my own physical condition.

 

2. Medical Conditions.

I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in Pilates classes. If I am pregnant, I have consulted my doctor and informed the instructor prior to participating in any class. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform Club Reformer of any changes to my health that may affect my ability to participate safely.

 

3. Liability Waiver.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Club Reformer, its instructors, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of or related to my participation in any classes or activities at the studio. This waiver extends to personal injury, accidents, or illnesses that may occur while attending or participating in Club Reformer classes.

 

4. Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy.

I understand that arriving late may result in my inability to participate in the class, and no refunds will be provided. Additionally, I agree to abide by Club Reformer's cancellation policy, which requires cancellations to be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to avoid charges.

5. Use of Facilities.

I understand that Club Reformer does not have dedicated changing rooms or showers, and I will arrive prepared for class. If I need to change, I acknowledge that the facilities available are limited to two toilet cubicles.

6. Photography and Media Release.

I grant Club Reformer permission to use any photographs or videos taken of me during classes for promotional purposes on social media, the website, or other marketing materials.

7. Agreement.

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions above. I accept full responsibility for my participation and agree to comply with Club Reformer’s policies and guidelines.

Changes to This Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and, where appropriate, notified to you by email.
