Your a Pilates girl… Harry. 🪄⚡️

Welcome to the Club Reformer School of Witchcraft & Wizardry, where the springs are enchanted, the glutes are cursed and no amount of magic can save you from scooter. 🧙‍♀️

We’ve mastered the spells, survived the shakes and officially decided that’s quite enough witchcraft for one day. ✨

Which spell would finish you off? 😂👇

DING DONG! 🔔

We’ve got something new at Club Reformer!

We’ve installed bells at BOTH our Matlock and Dronfield studios, because we believe every win deserves celebrating.

Your first reformer class? RING IT. 🔔

Your 50th or 100th class? RING IT.

Got that promotion? RING IT.

Bought a house? RING IT.

Had a baby? RING IT.

Bought a puppy? RING IT.

Made it to class after a really rubbish day? You better believe we’re ringing that bell.

Because Club Reformer has always been about more than just the 45 minutes you spend on the reformer.

It’s about the people, the community and cheering each other on, inside and outside the studio.

So next time you’re in, don’t be shy. Give that bell a ring. We want to celebrate YOU! 🫶

Same moves. A little more SHAKE. 🔥

Welcome to the first in our new series, where we take our 2-minute mat Pilates workouts and show you how we do those very same moves on the reformer!

First up… ABS! 💪

The movements might look familiar, but add in the resistance of the springs and suddenly those abs have a little extra work to do. 👀

That’s the beauty of reformer Pilates. Familiar movements, an extra challenge, and a whole lot of shaking!

So whether you’re joining us from your living room or in the studio, let’s get moving.

Save this one to try later, and follow along for more bite-sized Pilates workouts, on and off the reformer! 🧡

I do Reformer Pilates, but I also…

Lift weights. Run. Raise little humans. Play sport. Drink coffee. Live my life.

And that’s exactly the point.

Reformer Pilates isn’t just for people who do Pilates. It’s for people who do EVERYTHING else, too.

🏃‍♀️ The runners wanting to feel stronger.
🏋️ The gym lovers looking to improve mobility and control.
⛳ The golfers working on balance and rotation.
🤍 The busy parents who want to keep up with their little ones.

Reformer Pilates builds strength, stability, flexibility and body awareness that can support the things you already love doing.

Think of it as the perfect addition to your routine, whatever that routine looks like.

Come and give it a go. You might just wonder why you didn’t start sooner!
